On Saturday September 15th the George W. Kendall Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution will be hosting a Celebrate Freedom Week kick off event at Veteran's Plaza. This will be the 3rd Annual celebration and will include over 20 members of the local community who will read from the Constitution. The Celebration will also include members of the Champion High School Choir, Boerne Middle School North Fife and Drum Corp, and members of the local chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution. The Celebration will begin at 10 am in Veteran's Park on Main Street in Boerne, and all are invited. Help our community celebrate the 229th anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution.
